Loading bellows are referred to by various names such as bulk tanker loading bellows, truck loading bellows, bulk tanker/open truck dust-free loading systems, and telescopic chutes.

TRUCK LOADING BELLOWS
Truck Loading (Filling) Bellows are products used to load materials from silos where powder fluids are stored into open-bed trucks. When the truck to be filled positions itself under the silo, the bellows extend downward to the floor of the truck bed. The valve is opened via the manual control unit to start the flow, and the filling process begins. The loading bellows guide the poured material during the filling process, and a level sensor at the very bottom of the bellows ensures that the unit gradually retracts upward as the truck fills. When the material reaches the upper limits of the truck bed, the operator can cut off the material flow using the hand control set.
Loading bellows systems are advanced systems designed for loading and unloading raw materials, supported by complementary accessories. Required in industrial facilities, these systems are used to provide guidance in transferring materials in forms such as dust and granules, while protecting environmental health and cleanliness. The dense dust generated during material transfer is prevented by the loading and unloading bellows system. This essential industrial equipment is specially manufactured with advanced features and supporting accessories. Manufacturing the system in this way, which provides dust-free transfer services, ensures operational functionality.
As the material level rises, the filling bellows automatically lift, creating sufficient volume for the material flow while simultaneously preventing dust dispersion. The skirt-shaped discharge nozzle and dust retention curtain at the exit point of the bellows keep the dust generated at the base within a closed volume. With the help of vacuum air provided by a dust collection system, the dusty air trapped at the discharge point of the filling bellows is suctioned out.
The internal cones of the loading bellows, which are in contact with the material, can be manufactured from carbon steel, Hardox, or stainless steel (food-grade) depending on the physical and chemical properties of the material to be loaded.
In facilities without a central dust collection system, local filters can also be manufactured to suction only the dust coming from the loading bellows. Thanks to the jet-pulse cleaning system in these filters, the captured dust is separated from the filter cartridges and recovered. This prevents material waste through dusting and avoids environmental pollution.
If the material to be loaded is at high temperatures (such as hot ash), special heat-resistant textiles are used as bellows fabric, enabling successful loading. Please contact us for details.
