Reducer

Reducer

STANDARD CEMENT helical gear reducer

The reducer is a gear system that changes the rotational torque ratio of a rotational movement with the help of gears. Structurally, reducers are systems that consist of parts such as gear wheels, shafts and bearings placed inside the body.

In addition, gearboxes are machines that produce high torques and provide low horsepower and low speed at the output of electric motors.

In our company, reducers according to standard pipe sizes (168 mm-219 mm-273 mm 323 mm) are in stock.

What is a Cement Conveyor (Screw Conveyor) Gearbox?

Gearboxes are products used as power transmission elements across many industries. A gearbox is a gear system that alters the speed-torque ratio of a rotational movement using gears. They are systems composed of components such as gear wheels, shafts, and bearings housed within a casing.

A gearbox is a machine that generates a high degree of torque, enabling low output speeds from electric motors. Gearboxes are manufactured in standard sizes suitable for pipe types (168mm, 219mm, 273mm, 323mm).

The standard reduction ratios for Cement Conveyors (Screw Conveyors) are as follows: 1/5 for 168mm, 1/5 for 219mm, 1/5 for 273mm, and 1/10 for 323mm. Cement Conveyors have been standardized based on their tonnage capacities.

Gearboxes can be found wherever motion control systems exist. However, they are more frequently used in fields requiring higher torque and lower rotational speeds, such as cement, automotive, mining, energy, iron-steel, logistics, and agriculture.
