Big-Bag Unloading Systems are specifically designed to discharge various products from different types of Big-Bags. These systems eliminate dust emissions, product loss, and product contamination. The machines in this range can be used to unload returnable or non-returnable bags, as well as bags with or without liners (an additional inner layer).

Big-Bag unloading (discharge) systems are specifically designed to unload various products from different types of Big-Bags. These systems eliminate dust emissions, product loss, and product contamination. Machines within this scope can be used to unload returnable or non-returnable bags, as well as bags with or without liners (an additional inner layer). These systems have been developed for the safe and hygienic unloading of food, pharmaceutical, and toxic materials.
The neck section of the Big-Bag unloading unit is double-walled. Thus, any dusting that occurs during discharge is directed to the filtration line, ensuring dust-free operation. If there is no central filter to provide dust suction in the environment where the product is used, local filtration solutions must be provided.
In applications where a specific amount of raw material must be taken from the Big-Bag and the flow stopped, we also manufacture units that perform weighed (dosing) discharge. Whether this is done as weighed (automated) discharge or monitored via a screw conveyor, in both cases, a portion of the material in the Big-Bag can be retrieved by re-tying the neck without being included in the process.
A rotary valve (star feeder) or screw conveyor is generally used at the exit of Big-Bag unloading units. This allows the material falling from the Big-Bag to be discharged in a controlled manner.
