What is an Air Nozzle?

Air nozzles utilize anti-wear silicone rubber and operate through two different processes: injection and vibration.

Injection: Compressed air is injected toward the periphery along the silo wall.

Vibration: Due to the change in air pressure, the edge begins to vibrate at a high frequency.

Thanks to the Air Nozzle, the product’s discharge is facilitated by vibration, the pressure of the compressed air, and the effect of gravity. Intermittent operation is recommended for Air Nozzles.

Air nozzles are used for fluidity. They are suitable for powder materials such as cement, lime, and similar substances. The operating temperature of air nozzles is between -20°C and 80°C.

Air nozzles operate with gas pressure. They guarantee long-term operating performance. Air nozzles are products that can be quickly assembled and disassembled, with easy spare parts procurement.
