Sectional Screw Flight

Hardox Screw

They are mechanical abrasion resistant spirals formed by the combination of high hardness and toughness. It is used where there is no corrosion.

S235jr and S355j Sectional Screw

St52 gets a certain hardness as it works, so it is a surface wear used in places. St37 is softer than this material. St52 heat treatment gains hardness St37 does not harden. Single Segment Scerw Flight are formed in a single line and structure.

Stainless Steel Spirals

Stainless steel augers are ideal materials used for the food field. It is often used in food processing, water treatment and other chemical industries. It is a slippery material and does not hold the product it carries.

304 Quality: Generally enough for use and standard productions.
316 L: Corrosion and abrasion resistance is quite good.
316 TI: It is used in environments where the material is exposed to high temperatures between 550-800°C.
309-310: They are materials resistant

What is a leaf helix?

Leaf helices are single segments in a helical form. Single leaf helices are available in Hardox, St37, St52, and stainless steel varieties. Hardox leaf helices: These are mechanically wear-resistant helices formed by combining high hardness and toughness. They are used in areas where there is no corrosion. Hardox leaf helical screws are preferred in areas exposed to mechanical wear rather than chemical wear. St52 quality materials reach a certain hardness as they work, so ST52 leaf helical screws are used in areas with surface wear. St52 leaf helical screws satisfy users in any area that may be exposed to friction, especially normal or uneven impacts, due to their strength. Heat treatment can be applied to St52 quality leaf helical screws to increase their hardness. St37 leaf helical screws are softer than this material. Stainless steel leaf spring model: Leaf springs are ideal materials for use in the food industry. They are commonly used in food processing, water purification, and other chemical industries. They are slippery materials and do not hold the product they carry.

304 Grade Leaf Helix: 304 grade leaf helixes provide high oxidation up to 400°C. The mechanical resistance and friction resistance of the 304 grade leaf helix are very good. It is preferred in the chemical and food industries.

316L Leaf Helix: 316 grade leaf helixes are resistant to temperatures up to 600°C. They have excellent mechanical tensile strength and shrinkage resistance. Due to the molybdenum content in 316 grade leaf helixes, they are resistant to oxidation and acids.

316Ti Leaf Helix: 316Ti grade leaf helixes contain a small amount of Titanium (Ti), approximately 0.5%. The biggest advantage of this grade over the other two (316 – 316L) grades is its longer-lasting resistance as the temperature rises. 316Ti grade leaf springs are used in environments exposed to high temperatures between 550-800°C.

309-310 Leaf Springs: 310 grade leaf springs are materials resistant to high temperatures. They are resistant to temperatures above 1000°C.
